Understand the Studio subscription
Manage Studio access separately from game credits and club plans.
What the subscription covers
Studio has its own subscription. It is billed separately from game credits and club plans. A qualifying owner's Studio subscription applies across the clubs that person owns; existing team permissions still apply.
Open Studio on a laptop or desktop. The editor is not available on phones or tablets, and player-only accounts do not see the Studio sidebar entry. Shared clips still play on any device. A game-credit purchase does not unlock Studio; the club owner manages its separate subscription.
Review the plan and trial
When the Studio gate offers a plan, review the monthly or yearly option and the final price and currency shown at checkout. An eligible first subscription includes a seven-day trial and requires a payment method. The selected recurring charge starts after the trial unless cancelled.
Use the current checkout terms for the amount and billing dates. A new club or resubscription does not automatically create another trial.
Manage the subscription
Open Settings and find Superstat Studio. Review the status and trial or renewal date, then select Manage Studio subscription. The billing portal provides the available payment-method, invoice, plan-change, and cancellation controls.
A cancellation scheduled for the end of the billing period retains access until that period ends. New editing, publishing, and exports require active entitlement; already-published read-only links and completed exports retain their existing availability.
If access does not refresh
Return to Superstat after checkout and recheck Settings and the selected team. Only the appropriate club owner can start checkout. If payment succeeded but Studio remains locked, contact support with the account, club, and purchase reference.
