What Fast mode is
Fast mode is a processing speed you choose when you upload a game. It uses a lighter model and is usually ready within 30 minutes. Standard processing is usually ready in 2 to 8 hours, and never more than 24.
It is about 85% accurate, a little less than standard processing, so the stats can differ. It works best with fixed, elevated footage, such as a Superstat Tripod.
You can't change the processing speed after the upload is submitted.
Choose it on upload
Open Matches and choose Upload. The first step is Processing. Fast mode is selected by default. Choose Standard if you want the fuller analysis.
Fast mode accepts halves or quarters only. Adding a full-game file turns Fast mode off until you switch that footage to halves or quarters. Opposition stats are available on either speed: turn them on during the upload if you want both teams analysed.
The game you submit while creating your account uses standard processing. Fast mode is on later uploads from Matches, on the web portal and in the app.
If the sidebar says your league manages uploads and credits, this choice is not on the club account. Ask the league administrator.
Your first Fast mode game
The first Fast mode game a club submits is free. The upload shows a Free badge, and that game does not spend a game credit or an opposition credit.
The free game is once per club, across every team in the club. Later Fast mode uploads use the same credit as a standard upload: a game credit, or an opposition credit if opposition stats are included.
After it finishes
The game appears in Matches while it processes. Stats and clips open when it is ready. Coaches see a Fast mode mark on that game. If it is still processing after 30 minutes, contact Superstat support with the club, team, and game details.
