Join with a team code

8 August: Players can join using just their team code. Sharing from the upload flow uses the code for the team whose game was uploaded, helping invitations reach the right roster.

The player-invitation reward flow also retries a failed reward grant.

5 August: Fixed a problem with selecting and uploading camera-roll videos during signup on mobile.
